Move like a bicycle – while sitting down! Meet inside the community centre hall. Pedal exercisers let you enjoy the gentle motion of cycling without needing to get on a full-sized bike. You simply sit comfortably in a chair and pedal at your own pace. How Does a Pedal Exerciser Help?
